I'm sure people care, even if it might be hard to tell. Everyone's tensions are a bit high at the moment and...perhaps tensions rise in general in a place like this.

I once knew of a man who cared deeply for everyone, but went mostly unseen. It was for his own safety as well as those of the people around him, but just because he could seem detached at times did not mean he wouldn't die for them.

[And he tells a vaguely autobiographical story of a man who was constantly trying to save people, who loved all of humanity, but had to orchestrate events around himself to make sure nobody got too close to him.

It's a love story, adventure story, and comedy, with some high action and plenty of sword fights and at one point a dragon that must surely be a metaphor for something. chaos tries to fill his story with humor and does a voice for each character.

In his story, unlike in his reality, the good guys win.

It's a long story, going on for just over ten minutes, but his intent in telling it is to convey hope and maybe give Magenta something to think about aside from his suffering for a little while.]
