[For a second, Stephen's startled into silence -- and then, a huff of less manic laughter as he sits back against the wall and just listens. He'll let the whole song play out before he replies again, not wanting to talk over it. All the same, his tablet will inevitably pick up the sounds of the other injured people around him.]

[Stephen, meanwhile, is unaware that the camera feed existed at all, that anyone would have seen what he went through. He was one of the first (if not the very first) to go, so his would have been on early in the night.]

[Unfortunately, Peter believes him, somewhat. Maybe the place they were keeping them in was just dark. The operating room looked normal though, as far as those things went. He hates hospitals, after what his mom went though, so he's trying his best not to remember what he saw.]
