And hopefully they'll be more agreeable than the cloaked figures. [ He pauses, a thought occurring to him. ] Or those of us who played the role of cultists in the visions. Do you think that's where the others have gone?

[ The look Sylar gives Castiel is half-scowl, half-pout. ]

I really hope not. Then they'd outnumber us by- well, a lot.

Yes. And even if it weren't an issue of numbers, I'd rather not have to fight any of them.

With any luck the others are just. Elsewhere. Uninvolved in whatever's happening here.

Yeah. [ Sigh. ] I hope so.

I LOST THE NOTIF FOR THIS WHOOPS

[ Castiel just goes quiet at this and stays that way for a long while, unsure of what else there is to say. He circles his cell a few more times, striking the walls and pulling at anything that looks like a potential weak point to no avail. Finally, he speaks again. ]

How do you think we were transported here? No matter where this building is, some of us would have been more than a week away, if traveling on foot overground, much less while carrying an unconscious passenger.

No worries! This event has wrecked us all...

[ He considers this for a few seconds. ]

Have you watched the publicly available videos? There's one where everyone is controlled by the admin, and forced to march back to their homes. We're pretty sure there are underground tunnels. Maybe someone had us walk here through those. I don't know if we'd remember that.

Some of them. I'm... not very adept at using the tablets. [ He has to make Ecks help him a good majority of the time he wants to do anything. ]

That's good to know, though. I imagine getting into them on our own is about as possible as leaving a building after lockdown? [ Otherwise someone would probably have made a much bigger deal out of their existence. ]

Yeah, pretty much. Maybe harder- some people have tried to blow up the trap doors we figure lead down into them. It just led the area around them getting blown up.

[ He shrugs. ]

Oh. Was that what Quark was looking to build explosives for? [ Well that explains that mystery that he hadn't actually seen fit to question at any point. ]

If we can get out of these cells, maybe there will be a point of easier access to be found. Though that's a considerable 'if'.

I'd bet that was it.

[ The last statement gets a heavy sigh. ]

There really isn't much to do but wait around. Wish I knew what our options are.

[ Castiel just nods thoughtfully, like that's a perfectly reasonable task for a child to set himself to. Children can absolutely be trusted with explosives. ]

I think it's likely we'll find out what's in store for us soon. It's just a question of how much we'll miss not knowing, once we do.
