You think the Prophet is in charge of the town right now? We still haven't been able to get hold of the admin. Food restocking was still working, though.

Pretty sure Kid's insane now. He contacted me last night. Or a few hours ago. Or whenever it was before we were here. He was all about the 'nothingness is perfect symmetry' bullshit. So if he's not in the building somewhere, he's probably going on a destruction spree. At a guess.

And I think our rogue AI is charge right now. I seriously doubt Sam is actually involved in any of this. She's supposed to be the actual Prophet.

[ The news about Kid is an unwelcome surprise. Is that going to become a normality for death prices now? He doesn't want to see other people dealing with it. It makes him uncomfortable. ]

Oh no, not Sam. Whoever's playing Prophet now. So yeah, probably that rogue AI. Really hoping that doesn't end up being a corrupted Winter.

More likely a corrupted combination of her and Andromeda.

Eeaugh. Really? I was hoping Andromeda would pop up near the end and be like "Turns out I'm fine, I've just been hiding to try and fix things," or something like that.

But sure, that sounds just as reasonable.

Something is wrestling for control with Andromeda. Those gifts point to it, along with the info drops and ways around obstacles, even if they're convoluted and stupid. My guess is that's our girl and the other half is dragging her down with this Prophet bullshit.

So she integrated with the system and something's corrupting her. Yeah. I could see it.

[ For some reason, that just makes the whole thing seem more hopeless. It's not anything he can fix, anyway. He leans against the bars and slides down them to the floor. ]

What odds do you put on other people being put in the Prophet roles again?

There's a 95% chance the people who walk through those doors to come after us are people we know. Probably ones who've been associated with the Prophet before. [He glances down the cellblock toward Rhys.] Not all of them, though. Surprised I'm not one of them after they whipped and branded me. I've been using that app enough, too.

[ He sighs. That's about what he thought. Damn. Maybe Al will be a little luckier this time. ]

What, the eye app? Yeah. Guess that doesn't mean much. Apparently, we've been 'observed' by some Prophet follower, so I'm betting that's probably why we're here. These are 'the results'.

Mm... I just wanna find out who Typhoid Mary is here. Spreading her nasty, infected nanomachines all through the network. Maybe that was Sam, and she got to be the Prophet because of it.

Sam? Nah, I don't think so. Not unless we're talking about here being the first to open the creepy cursed e-mail. Someone designated her as the one to get the new ability- who doesn't like kid seers?- and they made it take off from there.

I'm with you on wanting to know who it is, though. And if they're still around? Making them regret everything.

I'll leave the going medieval on their ass to you, kid. In the meantime, we wait for the next cut scene in the game. My guess is it comes some time around midnight for dramatic effect.
