Player Event: Hackerquest v2.0

Characters: Anyone involved in the tablet plot. Even if you didn't sign up, you can still throw your character in!
Location: Throughout Norfinbury
Date: Night 254
Summary: A mass tablet destruction event and an attempt to hack the @ADMIN and @robertmiller accounts to get through to them after the block from Noisy White.
Warnings: Possibly incisions/surgery and mindfuckery if this is anything like the last time people tried to swallow chips from their tablets and hack the network.

[Lockdown provides an extremely convenient 'go' time for this particular event. House has contacted people through the Shadownet who could be contacted there (for some semblance of a potential surprise to whatever is watching the main network), but he's also contacted some through regular means. However they were notified, it's time. Line up your tablets with the door as lockdown ticks closer and wait for the doors to swing shut and smash the tablets.

Good luck, Snowhellions.]

Nothing. I'm guessing the Admin can't call the spiders. Maybe there's interference.

[ He watches Al warily as he moves to pick up the chips. That was weird, even weirder than usual. ]

[Again Alphonse and Sylar are dropped, paralyzed but conscious. For ten minutes, it seems the same as before. Then the door to their shelter opens and there's the sound of shuffling fabric. A cloak brushes by Alphonse and picks up the chip he was examining.

Ten minutes after that, Sylar and Alphonse can move again, and the thing has vanished. A lot of the chips are missing.]

[ Sylar's mind races the entire time he's frozen. He desperately wants to look at whoever came inside, but he can't even turn his head.

Once he can move, he immediately turns toward the door. It's too late- it's gone. ]

Okay- okay. Let's not try that again. You all right?

[ Al looks all right, but it's hard to tell with him, sometimes. Sylar gets up to at least try and close the door, giving the remaining chips a wide berth. ]

Yeah... yeah, I'm fine, who do you think that was?

[He bends down to examine one of the remaining chips but he doesn't pick it up again, he just watches it.]

Do you think it'll come back for the rest?

No idea. Maybe it's the backup for the spiders. The cold obviously didn't bother it.

[ He looks shaken, something he allows Al to see but probably not anyone else. He eyes the chips warily and scoots to the opposite corner of the room to stare at them. ]

Did you get any footage of it? It might be useful to show to everyone.

[It'd probably show up as static, most things like this do, but it would be worth a try.]

It doesn't seem to be coming back yet...

Let me check.

[ He hates to stop recording, but they needed to see. Besides, he knows Al would look out for them. Unfortunately, the only video he got was a blurry shot of a bit of a cloak passing by. He pauses it at one spot, and that does nothing to help the blurriness. ]

That's it. Could you see it at all? Let's hope we get lucky and forgets he left some pieces here.

Yeah, it came right up to me and took the computer chip from my hand. It just looked like... I don't know, a floating cloak? I couldn't see anything underneath it.

[Which is annoying, but maybe not surprising. It could just have been a cloak, there are weirder things here.]

I wonder why it wasn't the spiders coming to get them.
