[ Steph still has a bandage over one cheek, taped in place with packing tape. But at least the injury underneath it isn't as disturbing anymore, just an unpleasant growing scab. ]

Alright kids, it's that time again. Let's talk about what we all saw when things went crazy two days ago.

I hope you've all got at the very least some pain killers by now, but if you're still waiting for medical help? Please take care of yourself and don't strain yourself trying to answer this.

Now we all know that eyes are a theme. What I want to know is what sort of things we saw besides eyes.

For us there was a glowing like fire, or like Andromeda's eyes, I guess. Ice fell from the top of the tunnels. [ That was... upsetting, considering the way Kes and Zach each died last. Steph shudders. ] And, uh... god, there's not a way to put this that isn't creepy as hell, we got... licked.

So there was that. What else do you guys have for me?

No, I didn't really--I didn't really have time...to run, you know? I s'pose it may have chased me if I had given it anythin' to chase, but that's all just loose thinkin'.

I was--um. Outside? In between these two buildings that I've been messin' around in, you know. I didn't have time to run.

The snow, actually! It was like--it felt like--it felt like I was drowing, just for a second. Has someone ever held you underwater? It was like that.

Was the snow physically holding you down? Or was it over your head?

[himalayanyeti]

It was heavy, but never over my head. It moved like water. I don't like being in water, you know? It felt like it was holding me down, and I couldn't run, but I really wanted to.

And how did the thing appear? Did it come out of the snow? Out of the sky?

[himalayanyeti]

No, I don't--I don't remember? I don't think it came from anywhere, I think it just...was. I was there, and it was there, and we were there together, for a second.

How big was it?

[himalayanyeti]

Real big. Massive, really. It had--it did have a big ol' eye, like you were talkin' about. Bigger than I was. It saw me.

Just one?

Did it have tentacles?

No, but a lot of teeth. Several, several teeth. Too many teeth for an eye to have, in my personal teeth-and-eye-havin' opinion.

Was it just an eye?

I don't know. There was an eye, and there were teeth, and everything happened very fast.

Do you remember anything else?

It did the thing that things with teeth generally do, and then I woke up where I was before it happened, and everything hurts like hell. Feels like I got poked with a cigar all over, if I'll be honest.

Any marks?
