[log] Event: Lavender's Green, Part Two [open]

Characters: everyone
Location: mysterious, white hallways
Date: Day 193-194
Summary: Find friends. Get lost. Don't look.
Warnings: Potential for gore and psychological horror. Please note any specific warnings in your subject lines!

While confusingly similar, the area is split into a few different sections:

The Core
The hallways here are narrow and twist at a rapid rate. With how dazzlingly white everything is, it's easy to not realize you're coming on a turn and slam right into the walls. There are no rooms here--no one starts here, though they may find it while they wander. At the center is a large, round area, like the center of a spiral. There's a lot of air pressure here.

The Inner Hallways
The largest area, filled with dead ends, gentle slopes and twists, and, occasionally, difficult-to-see drops where a higher hallway intersects with a lower one without a wall to separate them. The whole place tastes vaguely like blood. Most rooms are here--most people start here.

The Outer Hallways
The outer ring of the ball of yarn. It's not as thick with halls and twists as the other two areas, leading to a lot more boring walking in one direction. It's totally possible to circle around the same path multiple times without realizing it, as everything is so similar here. Occasionally, footsteps can be heard just outside the farthest walls. Sometimes, something breathes. There are a few rooms here--some people will start here.

Remember to note what kind of eyes your character has in their top level!

[Sylar is in a very bad position right now, because Bucky doesn't recognise him at all. That pushes his paranoia through the roof, immediately sure this must be a plant designed to lure him into a false sense of security.

His arm forces further against Sylar's throat, jaw grit.]

Prove it.
termineur: (Huh.)

[ Crap, crap, crap. There's no way Sylar's going to be able to twist away from this guy, even armless. Note to self: take a self-defense class or two when you get home. Or find someone with a reflex ability. ]

Our eyes are the same. Mine have been like this since Day 180. My name is Gabriel Gray. I know Sherlock, and John, and Al. If you talk to them, they'll tell you. I've been traveling with one of them almost since I got to this damned town.

[John is the one of those that would prove a good character reference... if he didn't know the name Gabriel because John had told him this man was a serial killer. His eyes narrow, no chance of him backing off now.]

I've been told about you. What you are.
termineur: (A little desperate)

[ 'What' he is? Damn, John has been spreading it around. He knew it was going to happen, but it's really annoying to come face-to-face with it right now. It comes through in his eyes, which probably won't help his negotiating skills too much. ]

Yeah? Well, I'm not a danger right now, and I've been really behaving myself lately. Has John told you that? I've stayed with them, I've done what they asked, I even died a couple days ago because Sherlock wanted to test something.

[He deliberately didn't say John in the hopes that Sylar might not know who's been telling his secrets.]

You expect me to believe that? All murderers are dangerous, it doesn't matter the circumstance.

[Trust him. As a fellow murderer, he knows this all too well.]
termineur: (Don't Believe You)

[ Al wouldn't spread it around, not after that talk they had. And Sherlock had agreed not to, however far that might go. Besides, Sherlock said it himself- he had no friends. He'd only notify people if they were traveling with the group. John had made no such agreement, and had a lot more friends. It made sense that John was the culprit. ]

I've been stripped of my means and my motivation. And probably the compulsion that pushed me into it. I'm useless here, I'm not going to start murdering people when it gets me worse than nowhere.

[ It's not fun, arguing a point while feeling like you'll shortly be struggling to breathe. His brow furrows. ]

So what are you gonna do, here? Kill me?

No.

[That's immediate and vehement, though his actions don't match his words because he doesn't let up his grip at all.]

I'm not a killer, and I won't be a killer. But I can't let you follow me.

[He's too busy to be watching his back against attack from other residents here as well as those running this show.]
termineur: (Considering)

[ That was...actually not the response he was expecting. Huh. ]

Yeah. Okay. Then put a bag over my head and get going?

[ He shrugs, his head gesturing over to the backpack on the ground. ] I'm not going to follow you.

I can't risk that you'll hurt someone else either.

[He looks apologetic, but not that much, because he immediately lashes out to try and knock Sylar out.]
termineur: (Stuck)

[ Sylar has no recourse, and his reflexes are even currently shot. So there's not even a question about it- he immediately gets knocked out and goes limp against Bucky's arm.

Honestly, he'll probably be glad to be unconscious for part of this day, when he comes to. ]

[He drags the unconscious man back into one of the nearby rooms and leaves him in the corner, it's the best he can do.]
