I have burned down the Prophet's effigy.

[Ecks is seated against a wall next to a false fireplace turned altar that once contained a heavy wooden figure with an eye for a face. Now it contains only ashes, the wall around it scorched, the air smoky. She has stripped off her coat and armor; if anything she actually looks overheated at the moment.

Those who haven't seen Ecks before might be surprised by her patchwork skin and her monotone voice. Those who have seen her might be surprised by the relatively genuine-looking smile she pauses to display before allowing her face to go back to its natural resting blankness.

Also of note? Those creepy yellow Prophet symbol eyes.]

It is possible that a god will smite me tonight, but I think that this was the correct thing to do.

Okay, so I guess that was a... somewhat better use of the kerosene but still also not really.

[ Ecks, pls. ] Are you okay? You didn't get burned?

I did not use all of the kerosene. I am okay. I did not get burned. My bedding is a little burned from smothering the fire to stop it from spreading too far.

It is mostly usable. Right now I am warm.

[It's kind of nice even if she knows it won't last.]

Sometimes when Doctor House would destroy a prophet symbol, he would find a rag doll. I am trying to find rag dolls to put them on the stands in the eastern house.

Also I would like for the Prophet to be burned and dead.

But sure, it could mean the Prophet needed it.
