[Sora hadn't even been sure of where Roxas was. He knew the general area but with everything that had happened as of late he'd lost track of where his Nobody was.

So he has no idea that he's anywhere near the other when he stumbles his way into the house and immediately sinks down against one of the walls.

His chest is heaving as he rests his head back, glowing eyes closed as he tries to catch his breath and ease the burn that's been bothering him all day. The tickle of a cough is starting to build and Sora slowly sits himself up and worms his backpack off so he can dig out one of his potion bottles of water--hopefully it isn't too frozen--but he dissolves into coughing before he can take a sip.

The potion bottle is cradled against his chest to avoid spilling it as he ducks his head against his arm to try and muffle the sounds, his chest aching even more and, to make things even better, his head has started to throb again.

Great.]

[Roxas had been traveling most of the day, so shelter was a must. He's made himself a comfortable enough place to sleep for the night when a new sound catches his ears.

Someone was in here. And they didn't sound very healthy.

Concern is mixed with wariness as he decides to check things out. His eyes go wide when he sees who it is and he rushes over.]

Sora!

[There's now panic on the blonds face as he kneels down in front of the other.]

Are you okay? What's wrong?

[That voice...

Sora's head snaps up despite the coughing, back of his hand pressed firmly against his mouth to stifle the sounds but it's not going to stop him from letting out a muffled--]

Roxas!

[Relief floods his expression even as he trembles from the exertion of coughing, ignoring the question as he unfolds from his current potion to throw his arms around his Nobody in a tight hug.]

[The fact that Sora still has some energy for a hug like that is a sort of good sign. Roxas is hesitant since he's afraid of hurting the other boy, but he relents and returns the hug.]

Guess we found each other.

[Much sooner than he thought they would. Gently, he pries Sora off of him, giving him a worried look.]

You look awful.

I guess so!

[Despite how terrible it sounds, Sora manages a delighted laugh along with the words, allowing himself to be pried off just this once.

He immediately gives Roxas a lopsided smile as he shakes his head.]

I'm fine, I promise. It's just this place. Are you okay?

[You can cling to Roxas all you want later.]

But that coughing sounds really bad!

[Going to ignore your question for the time being.]

It's just a cold, I promise!

[A really bad cold. One that hasn't gone away and has just progressively been getting worse.

Sora offers a smile, looking exhausted but happy all at the same time.]

It's really good to see you.

[Just a cold? Colds are that bad???]

When does it stop?

[The cold that is.

Sora, stop smiling, this is a bad situation. Roxas has never been sick but this is baaaaaad.]

R-Right... you sure you're gonna be okay?

[Roxas you're suppose to fall for his happy go lucky routine and ignore the sick!]

I'll be okay. Colds always get worse before they get better!

[Not..usually but we'll go with it.]

I just need a good night's sleep and then I'll be good as new!

It's gonna get worse?

[Sora. The moment you're asleep Roxas is gonna contact an adult.

Adults fix things, right?]

I don't think that's possible here...

Sora flinches a bit, his smile fading slightly so it's more of a lopsided grin now as a hand is lifted so he can rub at the back of his neck.]

Colds usually do..and I've slept in worse places. This place isn't near as cold as some of the other buildings tend to be!

[This is just making your case worse, Sora. Roxas will have a permanent frown on his face at this rate.]

So it's going to be cold all the time everywhere we go?

[Roxas stop turning into Donald.]

Yeah. There aren't really any warm places around here. Some places have warm water though!

[And man does that sound nice right now..]

[Not until you're healthy.]

The place I woke up in had electricity!

[Sora perks up a bit.]

Really? Do you remember which building it was?

Yeah, but it's way up north. It'd take a few days to get there, but there's a store on the way there.

[It was nice to sleep in a place where you could turn on the lights.]

Maybe after I finish my delivery we could check it out!

[Not that he should really be making any long trips right now but HAH just try and stop him.]

Delivery?

[He will sit on you.]

[Sora nods before leaning back against the wall, shoulders sagging slightly.]

I'm running a delivery for Alphonse and Kunsel. I promised Mr. Solomons I would take care of it.

[Don't you dare.]

[Roxas shakes his head.]

You're not going anywhere until you get better!

[Oh, he will dare.]

I can call Alphonse and tell him you're sick, and he can tell those other guys.

Roxas, I have a job to do!

[Frustration laces his words as he practically pouts at the other, fighting down another bubbling cough.]

I'm already running behind because of everything that happened.

[He shakes his head, grabbing his bag and emptying the contents on the floor till he grabs his blanket. No complaining as he hands it to Sora.]

You're resting. No complaining. I'm gonna call Zack!

But--wait why are you calling Zack!

[That's the last thing he needs. He doesn't want the other to worry--there's too much going on for that!

Sora outright pouts even as he takes the blanket.]

Roxas please don't.

Zack helped me when I got here. So did Zell... but I trust Zack a lot more. I don't know if Stephanie knows what to do.

[And if she does, how far was she away?]

Zack'll know what to do!

You don't--I don't want to bother them, though! Everyone's really busy dealing with other things. I don't want them to worry about me, too!

[He could take care of himself, Roxas. Come on, don't do this.

Sora pouted a bit more.]

I just need some rest. Then I'll be okay!

But they're your friends, right? They'll wanna know you need help!

[Still gonna do it. Roxas needs input on this.]

Then go to sleep. I'll keep an eye on things.
