[network] @notasidekick; MIAHTTT; Evening 183; video [open]
[The video opens to Claire, and only Claire. She's obviously in the corner of a room, careful with the camera angle. She doesn't want her companions to show up on the network if they don't feel like, but she prefers to show her face. Could make her more trustworthy to some.
She lifts a hand, waves, smiles crookedly.]
Hi, everyone.
I don't want this to become long, so I'll cut straight to the chase: in the past little while, I have been compiling a small guide to the most common injuries that can be possibly expected, and some field techniques to treat them.
It is by no means exhaustive, and I plan on adding to it - if you have anything you'd like to see covered, let me know. I'll add it in if there anything that can be done. In any case, I hope this helps if you find yourself stranded somewhere and need to get back on your feet.
[Attached to the message is a link, called Minor Injuries and How To Treat Them.]
If you have any questions, happy to answer them.
[Claire looks away from the camera, and shortly after, the feed cuts. Seems like Claire really didn't want this message to get long.]

@Spoiler ; private text
If you leave him on the list and people contact him asking for help, he'll help them. It'll piss him off but he'll do it.
Just for future reference, when you inevitably need to piss House off.

but in the meantime might as well guide people towards doctors who actually want to help out, no?

[He's sure Claire will know which kid he's talking about, even if a private text from a stranger might seem suspicious.]
private;
[She might or might not know. She's in contact with several kids, dude, and she doesn't know you. Suspicious.]

And I just wanted to make sure he's taken care of. He's had a rough time of it, lately.

I'm not with him yet, but traveling to him. Is there anything you can tell me about his current state? Something I should be keeping tabs on, besides his obvious physical injuries and malnutrition?
no subject
What should I say that isn't obvious? He's young and frightened whether he'll admit to it or not. He could use someone who'll fuss and make sure he's being properly looked after.

Would you considered a sequel on dealing with relief of illness symptoms, such as fever? Asking for a friend. And by friend I mean most of the town.

And honestly, I hope you never have to use any of this information, Mr Beckett.

And just as honestly, I wish the same. But for my sins I am also a realist.

The point is really to regulate your temperature. fevers often make you feel either too hot or too cold, but piling on layers can actually be dangerous, as is, obviously, taking too many off. unfortunately there is very little ways to get rid of them here, since the conditions are so awful.

Dr Watson is a surgeon, as well. very useful. I hope you don't have to use any of these tips and methods, but I thought it would be best to try and share the knowledge.

This looks great, do you mind if I add it to the resources in my guide?

[He will make sure to add that in when he stops for the night. He almost wants to just leave then and there, but he forces himself to do what he normally would.]
How are you after-- after the other night, Miss Temple?

[She's doing much better than plenty of people.]
I managed to stay away from it all. But my eyes are still wrong. How are you doing, yourself?
