ive talked to people whove been here a long while and youre pretty much right
i dont think theres even been a straight repeat of one of these
instead its more like the elements reoccur
like how that one case of the static became static with eyes and screaming
and then the eyes turned into this shit now
since some of us still have ours theres bound to be a connection that way but how it will manifest is up in the air
thats why im not going to just presume ill be safe since i didnt want to hurt anyone this time
maybe glowy eyes will get hit with the murder urges next round
maybe it will be something else entirely
just keep an eye out hange

Yes, it's almost like things are... progressing, instead of repeating. Building on one another. Which would indicate that, no, this isn't over.

You know, you might be onto something. My currently prevailing theory is that the events we're experiencing are re-enactments of the incidents that left the town in its current state. Sort of like we're being forced into roles in a play. What just happened tells me that at some point after the disaster that destroyed half of the town, the people on the Eastern half formed a kind of cult, and then came after the "sinners" on this side.

That's what happened in the tunnels. That's why it's full of barricades and blood stains.

It makes perfect sense that the "sinners" would then retaliate.

cant say i like to think of it as progressing
sounds too positive almost
or else foreboding if i turn it around the other way
progressing towards what is the thing im not too keen to know
and if you theory does leading to us sinners striking back then dont mind if i keep my ass under close watch in the meanwhile
but we already know this has got some connection to the town before just from the doodly eyes being connected with the prophet
ive got my own idea on what might be up with the glowy ones the rest of us got
im on my way to check it out actually
