[Disoriented and now without any sense of depth perception, Kid runs directly into Sherlock as he makes his way for the front door of the aquarium in a haze of panic. All over the teen are bloody finger- and handprints. His face is smudged with it. Even the three unusual stripes in his hair haven't been spared, spattered with droplets of blood. There's a makeshift bandage haphazardly pressed hard against his right eye socket; Kid's visible golden eye is staring at the stranger in horror. It glows faintly in the dim aquarium lighting.
Coughing hard and bringing up blood--at least that is not unusual--Kid holds up a hand to show he means the other man no harm.]
