[log] Trapped at the Drive-thru[closed]

Characters: John Watson, Sherlock Holmes, Sylar, Rhys, Angel, Vaughn, and Beckett (and possibly the Cat)
Location: Building 248
Date: Day 177
Summary: Far too many people descend on a fast food joint for supplies.
Warnings: Please just note note them in the subject line if they come up!

[A fast food restaurant. The exact details of the brand are missing, but it sells fairly standard fare: hamburgers, french fries, chicken nuggets, soda... Sadly, it seems like they don't have milkshakes or ice cream, but sometimes they have coffee! This place is regularly stocked with food, so no one can stay here overnight. "ALPHONSE ELRIC, DAY ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY THREE, TRAVELLING NORTH, IF ANY ASSISTANCE IS REQUIRED CONTACT @LELRIC ANY TIME" is written on one of the walls. "ALPHONSE ELRIC, DAY ONE HUNDRED AND SEVENTY TWO, CONTACT @LELRIC FOR ANY ASSISTANCE." is written on the wall.]

[ ah, yes. "someone." she'll be back eventually, right? he won't pry regardless. it's still... pretty upsetting, even when he's trying to be optimistic, so he'll just move right on to the next subject. ]

Ooh, a doctor, huh? Nice. I'll remember that, should something awful happen. Or, uh, when something awful happens, I guess. Too bad the hospital's kind of a dump, right?

[ —oh yeah, coffee! don't mind him pouring himself a cup. today is turning out to be... not terrible. awesome. ]

[ he considers this for a moment. maybe he's just used to Rhys needing medical attention all the time. yeah, that's probably skewed his perception a little bit. he shrugs. ] You're probably right. I've gotten this far without hurting myself, so I'll just... try to keep it up, I guess.

The cold, though... [ he rubs the back of his head. this is embarrassing. ] We spent a little time in the cold—not this cold, of course—but other than that, it was usually just a matter of the AC being on too high.
