I do know - I am north east, near the park and the convenience store. I do have to go south, though.

I'm not far from you! I'm near the entrance to the tunnels to the east; how quickly do you need to go south?

[She doesn't explain further - pretty sure that Watson doesn't want people to know the extent of his injuries.

But as long as I'm looking for supplies, it's a little pointless for me to run there. Do you have something to do in this part of town? I'd like to get a start on going south, but we could meet south east, possibly?

[Watson is hurt? If his supplies are going to that, going a little out of his way might work. Oh, but the people in the museum have been promised food from him, too...]

Hmmm... [She pulls out the map again, considering for a moment some place that wouldn't put either out of their way so much.]

Maybe, the gas station? Obviously, if that isn't convenient, I completely understand.

[He'll have to restock again, but...he needs to clear up space, too. And he has more thread than he's needed to use. He's thinking about the weather, how well he might be able to travel in it, trying to estimate his travel time.]

I can make it there in no more than three days, I'm sure.

[It would actually take him two, but he's being generous.]

Oh, that'd great! I could really do with some medical supplies. [She feels naked without them. It's not very rational.]

I don't want to put you out, though - are you sure it would be okay?

Of course - I want to make myself useful here, and this thread is more than I see myself using.

[He absolutely means it - he's come from a situation where he was often the only one capable of helping. It's left him feeling very much like a failure if he can't.]
