[It's near midnight when this post appears on the network. There are no words—it's not even video—but instead, a series of pictures. They've been drawn in pen on a drawing pad, laid on a floor and photographed by tablet camera. The lighting is not the best, considering the hour, but surely that is half the charm.]

[After that godawful narrative, there are a set of linked files: pictures of all the bodies from the police station morgue. The file names are keysmashed gibberish, and the pictures themselves are distorted, but each displays an identifiable face taken through the observation windows on the body drawers. Tim's stands out, having a second photo that better displays the outside of his drawer, which has a large red X in a circle - Ⓧ - and a mask drawn in charcoal.]

[North as the crow flies though, huh? He swaps to audio for a moment, purely to caw at her and ruffle his wings a bit. Exactly, stranger.]

[Mysterious on purpose, yes. While he doesn't have a problem with being part bird, himself, there's no knowing until it happens how others will react. The fortunate thing is that judgment seems to be fairly low in Norfinbury, given the variety of nonhumans present and known, but that doesn't mean he's ready for a big reveal post about it yet. People are easier to deal with one at a time than all together, especially now when he doesn't have words to use.]

[This person here doesn't seem to be being an asshole about it, though, and he already drew himself as a bird up above. If she can somehow manage to guess, he'll be impressed, even if she won't be the first. (House has that honor.)]

[He caws at her again, then sends the "thumbs up" drawing reverse to show a thumbs down. No, he is not a harpy.]

[Bird mermaid is, well, almost there. But also kind of not. He takes a minute to draw something, then sends her another drawing. Yes, bird person; no, fish thing or ~~car part~~ siren.]

...Er. Something vaguely angelish? Maybe?
If so, and if you got to keep your freaking wings, I'm submitting an official complaint because that's bullsh

[GUESS WHAT, ANGEL: WINGS. He swaps over to private, arranges things properly, then sends over a picture of one distinctly large, orange wing extended outward. It doesn't show any of the rest of him, though.]

My only remaining guess is that you're essentially a bootleg bird version of Sonic the Hedgehog (and I'm not drawing that one, eff that) >:P

['Bootleg bird version' stings, for all she wouldn't have the first clue on the issue. He's got nothing to do with Sonic, sure, but he's spoken of himself in the same kind of tone in regards to alpha Dave. He's the knockoff version in a nonsense-labeled package: Dave Spriter, Time of Night. Why wings? Why not? Everyone knows a bootleg can't be trusted to keep authenticity, and if the quality control is already so bad that the dyes got fucked and his legs melted together, then anything else goes.]

[He snaps off a sharper noise at her this time, still distinctly birdlike, but not pleased.]

[ Oh. Well then. ]

Shoot. Did I say something wrong? Or are you just expressing your disappointment at me being such a quitter? :P

[A neutral sort of chirp is his reply, not really an answer, and for a moment he falls quiet.]

[But after a minute or so, another picture of a drawing comes through. This time he's drawn various things: wings and a halo, a bird next to a human outline, and another police car, clustered around a question mark. What is she? Angel, bird person, were-vehicle? She mentioned she had wings before, and it seems fair enough to ask her. If she can interpret the doodle properly, that is; getting his intent across is a crapshoot sometimes.]
