58: A simple single-story building, the snow weighs uneasily on it, and it creaks and groans under the strain at the best of times. It's very dark, and only the kitchen and living room are intact. The kitchen has a back door. Two snowmen have been built outside. A message has been written on the wall in blue ink: "Don't wreck the snowmen! That's super mean!" "ALPHONSE ELRIC, MAMI TOMOE, FREYA CRESCENT, GREED, EDWARD ELRIC, STEPHANIE BROWN, DAY FORTY ONE, TRAVELLING EAST." has been carved into one of the walls. The following has been written on the wall in blue pen: "This is Building 95 97 on the composite map. Contact @CaptSteveRogers for details." Underneath this is a fairly accurate map showing the house in relation to the school and buildings 29, 35, 35, 37, 40, 41, 47, 48, 50, 53. House 34 is labeled "Medical assistance; hot, clean water. Contact Dr. Epps @claytonator". The school is labeled "School. Food available in cafeteria; DO NOT STAY HERE OVERNIGHT." The shed is labeled "Shed".

[ She doesn't wait. The moment she releases Zach she attacks Al with a hug just as tight as the one she gave Zach. She's crying, yes, but they're tears of joy and relief. ]

Hey.

[armoured]

[He doesn't see her leap at him, the scarf he keeps wrapped around his helmet obscures his vision somewhat, so he almost falls before he manages to right himself and wind his arms around her in return.

He can't speak all of a sudden, throat feeling so tight it might as well be closed up.]

[ It's difficult to squeeze a suit of armor, but she manages it. She really has missed him terribly, and even though she knows he won't be staying it's good to see him again. ]

[armoured]

[He slides a hand up to cradle the back of her head, his voice a tiny echo from inside his chest plate.]

I missed you so much.

[spoileralert]

[ She sniffles quietly. ]

I missed you too. I wish you could stay with us.

[armoured]

You know I have to go.

[He has to hunt down the Joker, he can't let his mistakes repeat themselves.]

I know. I can still wish, can't I?

[ She looks up to give him a sad smile. ]

[armoured]

[He keeps one arm around her, reluctant to let her go yet. Forcing his tone to jolly up.]

Besides, you don't want a third wheel around when you're romancing Zach, do you?

[spoileralert]

[ She giggles. ]

Maybe not one old enough to know what we're doing. We're still meeting up with Kes.

[armoured]

I thought she was all the way over in the new tunnels, is that where you're going?

[spoileralert]

That's the plan. I think she headed out for supplies, though, so she's probably closer than that.

[armoured]

You promise you'll take care? And maybe-- maybe if I manage to get this done, I might follow you.

[spoileralert]

Like walking on eggshells. [ She gives him another tight squeeze. ]

[armoured]

Mm, you better.

[He honestly can't cope with losing her again.]

Come on, we need to get inside, we can't spend too much time out here.

[spoileralert]

Yeah. Just a second.

[ She has to go offer Church hugs too. ]

[armoured]

[He doesn't want to let her go, but he does. He's not selfish enough to demand she stay with him.

He'll head up front to keep forging the way to shelter.]
