[network] @ADMIN; Obituary [Day 136]
We mourn the loss of those who have died in the time between the last announcement and this one:
Steve Rogers
Charlie Kelly
Gregory House
Vaughn
Apollo Justice
Steve Rogers

Gregory House
Vaughn
Apollo Justice

@username; audio/sort of not here
Peggy told him two days back, but it still hits him again to see it so impersonally written down this way, and her words ring in his ears. It tore him apart... Was he partially to blame? Was anyone to blame?
He has to believe Steve will still come back. He's always been that idiot who never knew when to stay down, when to be done, and he's never hoped so much for it to still be true as he does now.
There's a muffled sound of a hand over the speaker before the loud crack of the tablet being thrown into the wall, before it hangs up.]

[not here i guess maybe? or also just a log]
He shows the screen to Charles and points at his name with a confused look and a shrug. Am I famous?]
[not sure but same as above lmao]
... Oh shit. Charlie. He isn't gonna say anything, but alas.
Hmm. How to put this as delicately as possible without words?
He very pointedly mouths the word "they", points to the tablet screen, and draws a finger across his throat while sticking his tongue out.
Nailed it.]

Lotta people there. Any of 'em we know?

First he brings up the list on his tablet and zooms in on it so that the list fills the screen. He points to Vaughn's and Apollo's names and shrugs dramatically. He has no idea who these people were. He isn't sure if Charlie did, but well, can't ask him.
He points to Steve's name. Then he turns the tablet and brings up the guide before showing Charlie and gesturing to it. He points to Charlie's name and then to Charlie, but he's pretty sure Charlie already knew that one.
Then he gets to House. There isn't a convenient house he can point to, because they're in the middle of the ice tunnels, in a building, but after pointing to the doctor's name, he opens the notepad app and scribbles out a square with a triangle on top and a rectangle for a door. He isn't sure if Charlie will know who this is, but he'll find out.]

But, okay. Two shrug-worthy folks, the... guy who made the guide? and a house. Oh, House. Bummer about the guide-guy. Charlie didn't know him, or at least he didn't think he did, but that's probably a pretty significant loss for the town. Or, well, maybe not. All these guys probably came back just like Charlie did. That makes this death list a bit less dramatic. Kinda boring, really.]
I think House was on my team or whatever for the repairs thing. Fiona dealt with him mostly. I never talked to the guy. Seemed kind of grumpy.
[He drags his backpack over and pulls out the turpentine. For as much as this town sucks, it manages to not suck in pretty rad ways sometimes.]

Looks like Charlie didn't really know these people, either. Charles wonders if any of them came back, too. He doesn't keep track of everything on the network, how could he?
And House being grumpy, well. Charles might be grumpy too if he was brooding on all of that scary bullshit. Or, wait. He is brooding on that bullshit. But then, he's also usually grumpy, so, whatever.
Charles closes out the obituary and gives Charlie a weird look. What the hell is he doing with paint thinner? Oh wait. God damn it, Charlie.]
@dickcheese, audio;
[ Picking on that to distract him from the name further down the list? You Bet!! ]
If anyone actually has alcohol, though, I could t-t... totally use some.
[ There's a sudden, pained squeak to his voice. He tries to roll right though it, though it's still somewhat noticeable. ]
@enhance; audio; private
[She hears that squeak! And she's going to try to be comforting, even though comforting isn't something she's great at, especially when she's hurting.]
No alcohol here, either.
private
[ Another squeak. He'd suppress it, or at least try to, but... it's private. And it's Fiona. And he is very tired. ]
...almost.
private forever i guess!
[There's a pause, and then:]
Is Angel around?

You're not alone either, right?

Rhys blows a kiss in return. ]
Maybe focus all that energy into dying less, buddy!

For now, she will wait.]
@hotstud_xxx; video; Day 137
The video clip shows a notepad with a crayon drawing of a house with a red roof. There's an equals sign, then a skull and crossbones that has been circled in red and crossed through. That should, he hopes, be clear enough. Freaking Admin.]
voice @Enoch
Have you lost your ability to speak?
no subject
Clearly, he's made a vow of silence to God.]
no subject
There are many reasons not to speak that don't involve the loss of your voice, you know. Clearly it's not the ability to comprehend words, at least.
[The deadpan look melts into a soft smile, though. A little strained at the edges, like everything else about him recently, but there.]
I'm glad you were brought back.
cw: suicidal ideations
In any case, there's a split second when he glances away expression becoming pained when Enoch says he's glad House is back. House isn't particularly glad about it. It's the endless cycle he's stuck in, though. Apparently, Norfinbury really likes him.
That expression is replaced quickly with an unimpressed look. House twirls his finger and mouths 'whoop dee do.']
