They're a little young for most medications, and I'm not sure if you'd want to take that as a first line, anyway. What we really need here is a therapist. Apart from just making sure they know you're there to listen to anything they have to say, a lot of it is just basic things. I know it's hard here, but they need to get proper sleep. If we need to, I can prescribe a very mild sleeping aid. They should be getting enough food, even if they say they're not hungry. They need to eat full meal three times a day, every day, if possible. Imagine they're already getting enough exercise, but try to make sure they get a good walk in at least once a day.

And the last thing, really, is for you to take care of yourself. From what I saw in that dream, they worry a hell of a lot about other people and no one being there to come help them. They need to know you're going to be okay, too.
