Everyone, this is Dr. Watson. I've made this post filtered away from the Joker. We have limited time and limited resources. My group is already near the entrance to the tunnels on the residential side. We'll look for any explosives on the way down. We're headed toward the hospital. Everyone else, please get out of the tunnels if you can. If not, search where you can, then get inside a building and use whatever's there to try to create a shelter over yourself, something with enough headspace to give you an air pocket if it comes to it. Mattresses work well for that kind of thing in a closet or a bathroom - an enclosed space. We do know these buildings are metal, but even that can come down with enough force.

We also know a few things:

One, items left out overnight seem to get picked up. It's very unlikely any bombs he's placed are ones outside. Just as likely anything not stored in a cabinet or inside something else has been picked up, as well. Mr. Solomons suggested the vents, and I suggested loose floorboards. Probably the best bet on where to find anything.

Two, supplies are limited. If there are any bombs, he likely wouldn't have created many. It's especially true for anything with a timer. This means that anyone in the downtown area is likely to be the most at risk.

Three, he's mad. The Joker is a bloody lunatic. He might be running us 'round to watch us dance, or he might actually have something. Chances are good he doesn't, but it's not something we can count on. If you do find anything like a bomb, your best bet is to get out of the house if you can and into another building. The Admin repairs things that get blown up, I think? It's our best bet to avoid first, dismantle second if we have to.

Report in if you find anything or once you've cleared an area as safe, if you can. Whatever it is he's got planned, there are a hell of a lot more of us than him. Keep an eye out. Contact here if you need help defusing any bombs. I have some experience, and I reckon Kain does, as well.

I am not near the tunnels, but I'd like to lend my knowledge in bombs, and defusing them, as well. I'd expect them - if they truly do exist - to be fairly rudimentary, so even if I have no experience with current technology, I may be able to help.

[She's not exactly surprised that he'd be one to go towards the danger, he is, after all, not only a doctor, but also ex-military. Peggy, if she was any closer, would probably follow him right down the tunnels, just as she knows Steve would, as well.]

Do you think you'll be able to help them get out? Steve and I could always try and make our way closer to the tunnels entrance, set up some kind of shelter if necessary. [She's not entirely sure how that would work, but they have plenty of resources they could spare, in case of an emergency.] Like a first aid station, maybe? That is, if the weather still allows us to move swiftly.

We are...close to the south wall still, yes. We haven't moved very much these past couple of days. [Things have been strange. A bit static. Tense. All these dreams have taken their toll on Steve.

She doesn't say any of these things out loud.]

We'll try. If you do head this way, there's a Victorian house that's a little ways away. I think that's the best bet in case the tunnels do go. It'll probably take down the entrance building.

An addition, if I could, John:

He's admitted that he will not hesitate to kill himself if people pursue him. I don't know if that would include anything else such as a detonation trigger, or if it's just to prevent someone from hunting him down to obtain information by force, but I felt it should be said.

He also does not have a bodily hostage, other than himself.

If these bombs are real, my child and I will have some idea how to properly take cover. There is no way we can leave downtown before things are likely to start unfolding.

It's Ms. Toriel, right? I'm so sorry. With any luck, this will just be him having a laugh. But he's a very dangerous criminal. If you do get caught in a bad situation, like you find something in a vent that we can't disarm, try to avoid putting anything hard that will shatter or splinter over the explosive. That'll just give it more shrapnel to do damage with. Something soft, but thick, if you can.

I know nothing about these "bombs", so I can't help with them.

[His voice is somewhat hardened from its usual gentle tone.]

But I can tell you about Joker himself. I know he is still downtown, and there is only one way into it. If someone can come to its entrance fast enough, he can be blocked.

[He won't lie to keep people away from him, that isn't his game. But he won't give anyone foolhardy enough (foolhardy like him) reason to converge and get themselves killed. Vaguest of terms, for now. He will not let his own anger kill someone.]

[The voice that replies is clearly distracted. As if the owner is listening to a conversation elsewhere, as well. Still, Kid was paying enough attention to get the gist of the information, and he isn't particularly fond of what he hears.]

Doctor Watson. I've not seen any physical bombs while-- [There, he's sure he hears yelling. If the video were on, Watson could see Kid look off camera, straining his ears to search for the source of the screaming. When he can't trace it, when the yelling fades to quiet wails, he covers his ears, squeezing his eyes shut. What was he talking about again?] ...not seen anything that looked like a bomb. While downtown. But--I wasn't looking.

I've been downtown. [He presses his hands against his ears tighter when the wailing grows louder. Some small part of him knows it isn't real, but not enough for him to simply ignore the pleas for help.] Since I arrived. All of these shops...look empty.

I've only just gotten here. I'm trying to get an understanding of the layout of this area. [Another awkward pause, another shrieking cry for help, thirty seconds before he realizes that he's been asked a question. He clears his throat.] No...I'm alone. It's just me. The Professor is...somewhere else. Don't know where. Not a lot of people are downtown.

Some, but not a lot, as far as experience with defusing bombs goes. I'll do what I can, though, if anyone needs it.

Otherwise, it'd be a better idea to follow Dr. Watson's advice about trying to avoid them entirely.
