[log] too long for this damn tea [closed]

Characters: Luna, Quark, England, America, and Ginger
Location Sewing house (49)
Date: Morning 117 (backdated)
Summary: A doctor goes to pick up a ten-year old and make some deliveries.
Warnings: None! Top level as you desire, tag your threads as you need to.

[She's out of breath when she finally reaches the door. Really, Luna had figured that the house with the sewing machine that Ginger and England were occupying couldn't be too horribly far from the exit to the tunnels - at least, based on the maps that others had compiled. But seeing the snowman still standing outside in the drifts warms her heart, quickening her pace until her hand finally closes on the doorknob, offering a knock for the sake of politeness before she slips herself inside.

Please, please, please, let Quark have made it as well. Let him be safe.]

[Even though they don't plan to travel today, England still woke up as early as ever. He's probably picked up more hobbies since coming to Norfinbury than he has the entire rest of his life, needing time to fill the mornings when his companions sleep and the nights when he can't find any rest. Though America and Ginger have been sleeping less and less lately...

He's sitting on the couch writing in one of his notepads when he hears the knock and the opening of the door. He lifts his head and straightens his shoulders.]
Hello?

Luna. [There's recognition in his voice, and he slips his pen between the pages of the notebook and sets it aside on the couch. He stands, dusting off his jacket (utterly pointless, as his entire ensemble is raggedy and ridiculous anyway), and then takes a few steps closer to greet her properly.

His eyes go to her pack as she reaches into it, and when he sees the box she pulls out, his eyebrows arch over his slightly widened eyes. He has the courtesy to look back at her face rather than staring at the tea as he responds.]
It's no trouble, I assure you. We won't turn down anything that could be of use.
