[Is Steph even surprised when Al answers by now? He just stalks the network constantly. His typing has, however, improved a lot in the last few days.]

We get a shot and symptoms seem to go away. But all we actually know is that the shot happens, and we're paralyzed for a few minutes. It's like Pavlov's dog, they're training us to think the bell means food but it's all just a ruse!

[Al has literally no idea what she's talking about. He sits in silence for at least fifteen seconds trying to parse it and make sense of what she's said, but he ends up drawing a blank.]

What do bells and dogs have to do with the injections? And who is Pavlov, is he a friend of yours?

But it is true I agree it was strange. Why were we given these? Are they implying we were hallucinating the screams? Or that our states are connected to the tablets, somehow? Even I'm not convinced of that one, if that is indeed what this is for.

[ Short and to the point. Clarke's a little more concerned with niceties, but it gets the message across loud and clear. And, fortunately for Stephanie, she picks up on it. ]

Training us to think that the injections mean we're getting better, when in actuality they aren't helping us at all.

It's definitely possible. I'm not sure what their motive would be, though. If they want to scare us, they already have. Last night made sure of that.

They're probably nothing good, anyway. They might be trying to just make us think they're helping when they're just making it worse.

But it's not like we have a way of checking that when we can't stop them from giving us those injections [Which is probably the part that freaks him out the most.]
