[It isn't too long after lockdown that Quark turns on his tablet feet, setting it up in front of where he's sitting, leaning on the very-full backpack he has draped across his lap. Despite everything that happened a couple days back with Beckett and House, he actually looks rather chipper. Or, excited about something, at least.]

Hi everybody! I'm just wondering, who here can play any musical instruments? And what ones?

[He coughs into his sleeve, which makes him falter, a bit disoriented, but he recovers quickly.]

Oh! I almost forgot. Has anybody found any sheet music?

[He has paper, pencils, scissors, and the rest of his stuff beside him. He gives a wave to Quark.]

You already know about the piano. I usually prefer playing the guitar though. [Looking over at the one leaning against his bag, which Quark probably can't see.] I can also play the flute, sax, violin, and bass. Still pretty much an amateur though. Haven't found any sheet music, either.

[He's looked all over!] I am trying to figure out how to play that song Al likes.

W-What? That many? Really? How did you manage to learn all of that?

[This is way too far beyond the scope of his years.]

I'm not sure I know which song you're talking about...

[He didn't talk to Al very often.]

I learned the guitar when I was younger, but the rest I learn from classes at Garden. [A pause.] That's the school I went to.

[Snagging the guitar into view and putting it in his lap. After adjusting it, he'll play the first twenty-five seconds of the song.]

That's all I have so far.

It was missing strings when I found it.
Finally found the right kind strings from the school's music room.
It was in the house I mentioned before with the teenager and his mom.

I'll keep my eyes open for another anyways.

got some pet sedatives and a needle depending on how long you want them sleeping for

You must be super good at music. Is--is your school filled with flowers?

[Why else would it be called a garden?]

I'm not super good like Grinch House with music. You sounded pretty great on the piano back there.

[He has to think for a few moments before responding.]

I don't remember seeing a lot of flowers. We do have a lot of grass growing in the quad.

Grass is cool, too. There aren't very many plants where I came from. Is it soft? Grass, I mean.

Just keep at it when you can. If you need to, I can draw the keyboard for you on the tablet. You won't be able to hear it, but it can help with remembering finger positions.

[Too bad the only OTHER piano with strings bleeds when played.]

You don't have grass either? I don't know if I would call it soft, but it is nice. It can be a little itchy when you lay in it though.
