What kind of fee are we talking about? I probably wouldn't need so much help with negotiation, but delivery and enforcement...That sounds like something I could use. As long as the enforcement isn't violence, of course.

Also, how do you expect the payment to be done, if we're not in the same location?

We'd have to work out a special agreement about the enforcement, if you're a complete pacifist. And the fees, yeah, those are to be negotiated. Supplies, clothing, luxury items. They're to be discussed.

In most cases I'll be in the same location as one of you, to pick up the goods I'm to deliver. I'll get the deposit then, and I'll get the payment from the other person when the trade is done. If I have another runner doing the delivering, you'll give payment to them, and they'll give my portion of it to me. If neither of you has the goods on you - if you've left them in a house somewhere and want them retrieved - that'll be settled on a case by case basis as well.

Is the deposit and the payment the same amount? If the trading is of equal value items, it probably should be, right?

You mentioned a fee. What kind of fee are we talking about? Also out of curiosity, do you have any plans or provisions for new arrivals, people who are going to need things, but won't have much to offer yet?

Fees are negotiated with each individual deal; I mentioned that as well. Yeah, and new arrivals don't need trade, they need things given to them for free. There's already many people offering up that sort of thing. Even here, with this, we've got Watson saying he'll trade for nothing.
