[ Clint is so squinting at his tablet. ] he's not, no. haven't heard from any of the avengers or various other teams slash dynamic duos yet, actually, except for you.

no idea. I can see a huge building out the window, though. Might be a prison? or a school. same thing, right? [ Ha haaa... jokes. ] what's around you?

I have a map. There is a gas station, a vet, a chapel, a store and maybe three dozen buildings.

[Steve doesn't think a prison and a school are the same thing, though. He doesn't respond to that.]

Can you see anything like that? What about walls of snow?

it might be a store. it's too big to be a vet, chapel or gas station, unless Alaska does like, supersized versions of those.

[He's not really happy about this. Especially because he's been told that his other self's body is likely still in one of the morgues.]

I drew a map on this wall. The other one. He drew a map of this part of town on this wall.

[ Boy, is Steve going to be confused if he does find Clint. Blonde hair and blue eyes is a bit different than the one Steve is used to. ]

The other... one, okay, have I ever mentioned how much I hate alternate realities? Because I do. I hate them.
As soon as I can find some shoes I'll try and meet up with you too, ok? Probably better to stick together.

[ Huff. Ten minutes in and Steve's already giving him orders. ]

Blond hair and blue eyes, fine, Steve could be all right with that, but voice and face and...everything? How two people with the same name and skill set could be so different would really floor him. At least Steve looks similar to the guy Clint's use to.]

You don't have shoes? No, you stay where you are. I'll be shouting. Can you send me a photograph of the building you see from your window?

[ Clint is kind of glad Steve can't hear the huge, heavy sigh he lets out. ]

[ And here's a picture of the building! It's the school, which is a fact, after looking at the map, Clint is decently sure of. ]

Shouting - wait are you going to just holler out your window to see if I can hear you
Because that might not work, I still don't know how far the range is on these things

I am going to explore. I will head towards the gas station along the wall. I can't see it from this window. It may take some time.

[He'll actually not even reach the gas station before dark. Awhile, therefore, is an understatement.]
