[It's early, but the video looks dark, the room being filmed swathed in black and red. The view quickly rotates around the area, showing the strange insides of what appears to have been a funeral home. The symbol of the prophet can be seen everywhere. Eventually, the camera lands on a painted, masked face.]

I think... I think I died? I woke up downstairs with the stiffs.

[Usually, this is where Harley would insert a joke. Possibly several. However, with her death price being the loss of her sense of humor, there's absolutely nothing she finds funny about having just died. In fact, she frowns a little at the camera and takes off her domino mask.]

Sorry, I-- I look ridiculous, don't I? I mean, I kinda like that I match the drapes and the furniture 'round here -- [She pulls down her jester cowl and shakes her blonde hair free.] -- but what did I see in this get-up? It's so... impractical and I've been shleppin' 'round like this? Yeesh. What was I thinkin'? Now I gotta get all this greasepaint off and I bet the water here is freezin' 'cause the conditions here are terrible and the morgue can't be no diff'rent though maybe it would be if the rest of the buildin' didn't look so darn creepy but it's a funeral home so I guess it's s'posedta look a li'l creepy but eyes everywhere, really?

[Someone is also dealing with level three mania as an exposure effect, so she can't help but wordvomit a mile a minute.]

So does anybody know where I am?

[Magenta's voice comes as a frightened yowl, entirely too loud.]

Where did you go? I've been worried sick!

[Joker's voice is, like Magenta's, a yowl, but one this more angry than frightened.]

Hey. The paint is good for blocking frostbun, right? Don't worry about it. One thing at a time. Right now, take a few deep breaths, and concentrate on staying warm and figuring out who you can meet back up with.

What's the last thing you remember?

[ He hasn't heard from her in a while, but he definitely recognizes Harley's voice. Frowning at the news that she died, Will took a breath and was about to welcome her back to the land of the living, when she started to strip off her costume and speak about it in terms of almost ... disgust?

That seemed ... odd. ]

Welcome back, Harley. How are you feeling?

Ears, Magsy, Ears! [She cringes.] As in, I got 'em and you're breakin' 'em! I was just outside, I was outside and I thought I saw an anomaly and I was gonna be right back but it took a liii'l longer than I thought 'cause it wasn't really there so it might have been a shadow or weird-lookin' snowbank or I-don't-know-what and I... Oh no, were you really worried?

[Harley flat-out ducks when she hears that familiar yell. She's knows she's in for it, disembodied voice over the tablet or not.]

...Yessir?

Yeah, right. Frostburn. Breathin'. Warmth. Meetin' back up with... I was with the gang, with Mr. J and Mags and Fishcakes and we were headed toward shelter but I thought I saw an anomaly and me and Magsy had been plannin' on huntin' 'em so I went to check it out and... it wasn't there and... I guess I got kinda lost.

I feel just fine considerin' I just died. That was awful but I'm pretty great now. [She might just skip sleeping tonight.] I just feel really silly for passin' away in a clown costume and now I'm a li'l unsure where I am other than the obvious and everyone is yellin' at me.

Yelling at you?

[ Will took a moment to think back. He was pretty certain he hadn't yelled. Though sometimes it could be a near thing. ]

Oh! Not you. The rest of everyone. Magsy and Mr. J. You're comin' in real decent-like in volume. I 'preciate it.

Sure, thanks! [Harley turns the camera back out towards the room, moving through it more slowly.] See? Red, black, red, black, eyeball, eyeball, eyeball... Big decoratin' theme goin' on here. Then there's the room with all the dead people... [She takes her back into the morgue of the cultist funeral home where she woke up. It's in pristine condition, and the drawer that she had found herself on is still pulled out.] Gives me the heebies. Do ya need me to go around the outside?

[ He doesn't know Mr. J all that well, but he's had more than a few conversations with Magenta and he ... ]

I can imagine. They seem the type to take your dying very personally. [ It showed they ... cared? Yeah he'll just not go there. ]

I'm sorry I don't think I could help you with a location. I haven't been here long enough to recognize many buildings just from the interior.

That's okay. Somebody's bound to know. Kinda hopin it's not Mr. J. His yellin' is more than angry yellin' than "Gee, Harl, I really missed you" yellin'.

[Magenta swiftly switches to private, on account of him having genuine emotions about another person.]

I was scared shitless! You can't leave me like that! It's unfair. Don't run off again, alright?

[Joker's infuriated scream was not private. He doesn't know about their relationship, having missed any mention of it by sheer chance, but he does know Joker killed someone he was very close to here. An angry Joker might just be a Joker out for the kill, and Enoch is in a situation where he's likely to jump at every little shadow that echoed that day Clayton's name appeared on the obituaries. As such, though he'll urge her to calm down, he sounds very on edge, himself.]

Are you all right, Harley? That looks like the cult's territory - but before you leave, try to calm down. A drink of water, or- or speak with someone who can calm you. Or anything else you might know of that works. Have any of your friends reported being nearby?

[He assumes there are others like him who had the sense to not ask her about things like this where the Joker could see.]

[ Steph watched all this very closely before opening up the map she has saved to her tablet. ]

I think you're in the funeral home by the high school. Pretty much everything in that area is covered in eyeballs.

I didn't mean to be gone for more than a quick sec! I just was tryin' to help ya with the whole anomaly thing and I thought I was doin' a pretty good job and technically I was until I died.

I'll look it up on that guy's map. Thanks, S.! I ain't been down here yet. Well, before. Guess I am now. I could go without it really, mostly 'cause of the whole eyeball atmosphere. I like my eyeballs human and attached to people and non-threatenin'. Usually green, that's a pretty color.

I'm fine. I think I feel even better'n before if we're bein' straight-up here. I mean, I'm pretty sure I'm super-calm. The calmest. Just a li'l worried 'bout my friends and I dunno if they're nearby and I dunno if that's a good thing that they're not nearby if ya know what I mean? Everyone's so testy!

You're talking very quickly. That's...usually not a sign of calm, but I'm sure you knew that.

I don't know what the rest of your friends are like so far as temperament is concerned, exactly, but Joker sounds very upset in...a way that's not reassuring.

I'm talkin' fast? [This stops her for just a second. She's only speaking about as fast as she's thinking. Which-- huh. Could she be going a little fast? She makes a very strong effort to try to speak more slowly.] He's... no, he's not soundin' too happy, is he?

[Good. That's a little better. That she didn't seem to realize it- well, he's hardly one to look at his own emotions too often, himself. It doesn't strike him as out of place.]

Perhaps it's best you stay away from him. Do you know where he is?

Last I knew he wasn't so far off... [She doublechecks the map.] We were headed towards the convenience store, on the other side of the high school. I dunno how long I been... how long I was dead for though... He could be a whole lot closer or a whole lot further. Gee, what if I been dead for weeks??

[The news come as a shock and Flynn scrambles to get his tablet up and running. There's a lot of yelling going on further up which only increases his worry. Not good.]
