I honestly do not see the point of deliberately hunting the anomalies. There could be some benefit to knowing where to avoid them? [ Beneath the frustration, there is a genuine question there.
As for the latter statement, Will can be heard to sigh and then say in a quiet tone. ]

[ Part of him recognizes that he should be giving Watson some slack, that Will himself knows he should be giving the man leeway. Watson's life is not easy and hell, Will manages to give Mycroft more understanding. He should be able to do it with Watson.
