It doesn't matter if your eyes were glowing or if they were marked by the Prophet's symbol. Both changes are changes and occurred at exactly the same time, indicating they come from the same source. Someone did both of those things to everyone. There were no exceptions. This was all one sweeping event that made everyone act. There are no sides here. We're all their targets!
