[ The tablet's camera isn't focused on Kanan. Instead, it's held at a considerable arm's length to show off what he's got in his other hand: Vanitas's pet, wiggling in a spirited attempt at escaping. Kanan's holding it by what would be the scruff on a normal animal. It doesn't seem to be in pain, but who can really tell? ]

Alright, fight thing. I don't know his network name, maybe one of you does - guy with a bad attitude, black helmet, and a skirt? Needs to come pick up his pet. Found it wandering around the museum area alone and it won't stop following me. It's taking up way too much of my food. If he doesn't say anything, it's free to a good home. Maybe it likes to cuddle.

[ He puts the Unversed back on the floor, gently for someone who seems to be so annoyed about it, and refocuses the camera on his face. His goatee is a wreck! ]

Second of all. Ran across some kind of shrine in the apartment building, looked like it was used for blood sacrifice at some point. Decided to give it a shot. [ He holds up one hand to the camera, where the prophet's symbol is marked permanently on his skin. ] Not sure what this does, but I'm guessing it's probably not good.

Third thing, left some supplies in the museum if anyone needs 'em. It's not much but it should tide you over.

[Sora's frowning when he comes over the video, eyeing the thing that Kanan is holding warily.]

You need to get rid of that. Right now. It's not safe to be around.

[It looks like a Heartless and that's enough for him.]

[ That's not the important part, though. Kanan's staring the screen like he's seen a ghost. ]

[And cue Sora frowning more.]

It weighs about ten pounds.

[ Still not what he's worried about. Different voice and mannerisms, different usernames - ]

That thing will rip your heart out of you and turn you into a creature like itself if you give it the chance. The Heartless destroy worlds and everyone on them.

[You should be worried!]

No! I have a Nobody but he's not here. That's all! Why are you asking me this?

Because this thing is tame, and it belongs to a kid that looks just like you.

[ 'Tame' is exaggerating a bit, but he's yet to see it hurt anyone, and it certainly hadn't made a serious attempt at attacking Kanan with or without Vanitas there. ]

If it were going to rip me apart, it'd've done it already!

They are not tame! There is nothing tame about--

[Sora stops suddenly, frowning.]

Black hair, wears a motorcycle helmet most of the time. [ Kanan makes a gesture with his hands, imitating a spike. ] Had your face and yellow eyes when he took it off.

That--that doesn't make any sense.

[And then a sense of dread fills him.]

Yellow..eyes? Were--you're sure they weren't gold?

Is there some kind of huge difference between yellow and gold?

Yes! They're--were they gold and kind of cat like?

They were normal human eyes, just yellow ones.

[ He wasn't paying close enough attention to see if Vanitas had a slit pupil, and somehow he doubts the guy is going to volunteer the information. ]

..But he looks like me?

[This is so confusing what is going on and why is there someone that looks like him?]
