Video; Day 147 @dreamsnhonor [With a backdated video from 139]

[ Zack might be… casually adding packets into a cup when the video turns on. There might also be… several empty ones right next to it. ] And I think that’s good- [ About then, he seems to notice the tablet because his eyes widen in realization before- ] Hey, are you recording this? Come on, man! [ He reaches for it just as the tablet goes off. ]

[ Not long after, Zack’s back and standing front and center as he chews on something. He might… also not have the class to completely finish chewing before he starts. Considering how bright his eyes are- past the strange brightness they usually are anyway -well, apparently, they found something worth getting ahead of himself with. ]

‘ey, so! ‘ou know ‘ow we’ ‘een [ He takes a moment to roughly swallow, clearing his throat afterward. ] -sorry, okay! You know how we’ve been checking out that new place past the aquarium, right? Well, we thought we’d have to turn around and get more supplies, but it turns out we’re in luck!

[ Behind Zack, Jim and Zell are sitting on the top of booth seats opposite one another. Zell's tossing fries in Jim's mouth and Jim is mostly succeeding at catching them. Mostly. ]

Don’t forget to tell them about the burgers or the nuggets. [ Zell chimes in as he throws another fry at Jim, who overextends in trying to catch it and falls backward into the next booth with a thud. Whoops. Laughing as Zell slides out of view to go check on Jim. ]

[Kunsel’s in the background, sipping coffee appreciatively as he watches the others, an amused smile on his lips. He’s content with leaving them to do the talking, really. He’ll chime in if he has something to say.]

[ Not long after the original feed cuts, a new one plays. It’s Zack again but somewhere else. Some people who know the entrance area might recognize the fire poles behind him. ]

So, we recorded that a while back but kinda forgot to.. Share it. But hey! Now, you know! Oh, it’s marked on the map attached if you wanna check it out.
[ And as noted, anyone checking it out will find this attachment added on. ]

Stephanie said that's what it looked like. Something from your world?

Yes. We have them all over the place; I'm betting the same could be said for Stephanie's world.

Where is it located exactly?

Huh. Cool.

You found the hospital yet? Go straight south from there, that should take you to the aquarium.

Yes, though I've actually already headed north.

There's an aquarium here?

No fish or anything, just the tanks. It was probably pretty cool back when it was in business, though.

I see.

Has anyone attempted to test the water to see if it's fresh water or not? And if it's not, has anyone attempted desalination?

Haven't thought about it since the sinks here are working.

How would desalination work?

Depends on who you ask. It's something of a cultural thing for the United States. We have them where I'm from but we aren't as into them as Americans.

I'm originally from Scotland.

We tend to eat a lot of sandwiches that are piled with as much meat as possible. Lots of chips.

It's across the ocean from the United States, which Alaska is apart of.

You ate frogs?

Frog legs or the entire frog?

I guess that's understandable. No need to waste food..

[This Gongaga place sounds extremely backwater. What the hell.]

I've tried frog legs before on a dare. It..wasn't something I was particularly fond of.

But in Scotland we had a traditional dish that's far worse than eating a frog.

[HE'S SURE THEY ARE BUT IT'S STILL WEIRD.]

I think most people would take burgers and fries over just about anything if given the choice.

I'm not sure what that is but we have something called Haggis. It's..made from a sheep's heart, liver and lungs, mixed with some other things then encased in the sheep's stomach.

Once. I tried it once when I was really young.

Never again.

It was absolutely foul.

No, no I didn't.

What's malboro stew? I mean, I get that it's a stew but what exactly is malboro?

That sounds like something out of a terrible Japanese movie.

And perhaps even a terrible Japanese meal.
