I like the librarian. He's an interesting sort.

Didn't say he wasn't interesting. [ Royce just is a grouch. ]

He's got something strange about him. I can't quite figure out what it is.

I don't pay attention to the network as closely as I used to.

He's more experienced than I'd expect of a librarian. He's seen more of the world.

[ Royce snorts, pulling Alfie closer. He's trying very hard to keep the mood lighter. ]

Could be just like us and we'd never know it. Librarians are good at forgeries.

We'll have to give him a test, then. Find something that needs forging.

[ There's a tiny grin on his face. ]

What, exactly, is going to need forging here?

[devoutish]

A note written and signed by House, stating that you're far more clever than he could ever hope to be.

[bywolves]

[ Alfie, please. Royce elbows Alfie. ]

Not a single person would think that was real, even if the forged signature was perfect.
